How do I use my reservation to enter the parking lot?

Your booking confirmation email will include a QR Code. You must scan your QR Code from either your mobile phone or paper copy to enter and exit the parking facility.

 

What should I do if I am unable to enter the parking lot using my reservation credentials?

Check to ensure you are at the correct parking facility entrance, and that you have arrived at your start time indicated on your reservation confirmation. For additional assistance, push the intercom button on the entry machine.

 

Will I have to pay additional fees at the facility?

Your parking reservation confirmation will indicate the time period you opted to reserve and pay for. Any time outside of the entry and exit time will result in additional fees. Additional fees must be paid with a credit card at the facility exit.

 

What happens if my flight gets delayed and I stay beyond my reservation?

If you exit past the end time indicated on your reserved parking confirmation, you will be required to pay additional fees via credit card at the exit lane. After scanning your QR code, any amount due will be indicated on the screen.

 

What if my trip is cut short, and I exit the facility before the time listed on my pre-paid parking pass? Will I receive a refund for the difference?

There are no refunds for partially used parking reservations.

 

Can I cancel a parking reservation, and will I receive a refund?

You may cancel your parking reservation up to 2 hours prior to the start time by accessing your booking, provided in your reservation confirmation email, or by logging in with your credentials here: Manage Booking. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation of your reservation. Cancellations and refunds are provided only for cancellations confirmed at least 2 hours before the start time indicated on the reservation confirmation.

 

How do I edit my reservation (date/time, license plate, etc)?

You may edit your reservation up to 2 hours prior to the start time listed on your booking confirmation. To do so, please log into your account or if you do not have an account, use your confirmation number at: Manage Booking. Please note, refunds are not provided for cancellations made after 2 hours prior to the start time listed on your reservation confirmation

 

What if I made a parking reservation, but the parking facility is full and closed when I arrive?

Your parking reservation confirmation reserves your parking space in the facility on the start date of your parking reservation. If you encounter any issues please call 920.358.4708.

 

I want to reserve parking at a facility that is not showing up as an option. How do I do that?

Reservations are available for short- and long-term parking only—no reservation is needed for ATW Express Park. Reserved spaces are limited, so if your preferred facility isn’t listed, it means reservations are full. However, drive-up parking may still be available, and ATW Express Park always has unlimited availability.
